Ingredients for 7 Shots:

• 7 inches of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

• 3 ½ grapefruits, peeled and segmented

• 3 ½ lemons, juiced

• 3 ½ cups coconut water

• Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for an extra kick


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients: Peel and chop the ginger, and peel and segment the grapefruits. Juice the lemons.

2. Blend: In a blender, combine the chopped ginger, grapefruit segments, lemon juice, and coconut water. If you want a bit of spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

3. Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother consistency, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

4. Serve: Pour the mixture into shot glasses and store any leftovers in an airtight container.

Storage Information:

Refrigeration: The shots can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Make sure to give them a good shake or stir before consuming, as separation may occur.
