    WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

Growing up in the Czech Republic, I was lucky enough to live in this little spot by the mountains where nature was everywhere and the air was crisp and fresh. Ever since I can remember, I was always on the move. I joined a lyrical dance group, did rhythmic gymnastics at school, cycled pretty much every day, and could spend hours gliding around the ice rink. That was my kind of magic.

Home life felt like our own little wellness haven. Healthy eating wasn’t just an idea—it was our way of life. My parents had, and still have, a huge garden, and my granny used to grow herbs and veggies there. The garden also had a fruit orchard that’s still thriving today. Our backyard was like a mini farmers' market, packed with everything from herbs to fresh produce. We didn’t need to talk about farm-to-table—it was just how we lived, with everything coming straight from our own soil.

Fast forward to 20 years of living in London, and it’s been 17 years since I kicked off this health journey. It all began when I was trying to make sense of my own health amid the chaos of modern life. And then there was the wake-up call—five family members facing cancer. That kind of thing shakes you to your core and makes you rethink everything.

I am convinced that such illness is much more connected with mental health and stress than what we really eat. It’s not just about the nutrients we consume; it’s about the holistic approach to well-being. I believe that we should take care of our health from a whole other aspect, recognising that our mental state, emotional resilience, and stress management play a crucial role in our overall health. It’s more than just what we eat; it’s about how we live, how we cope, and how we nurture our minds alongside our bodies.

I was never one to just accept the standard chemical treatments at face value. Why slap a Band-Aid on when you could dig deeper to find the cause? That thought led me into the world of psychosomatics, natural remedies, and alternative medicine. I wanted to find a better way to thrive, not just survive.

It got even better when I started my fitness journey with an excellent personal trainer who taught me so much and ignited my passion for health and fitness. That experience inspired me to get qualified myself so I could pay it forward and help others on their own journeys.

Thanks to life in London and the opportunities this city offers, I got to fulfill some of my biggest childhood dreams. I joined some adult ballet companies and even took professional ice skating lessons. It felt surreal to finally be part of something I’d always dreamed about as a kid, blending my love for movement and the arts in such a beautiful way.

Working with mums and children for two decades has shown me how tough it can be to balance an active, healthy lifestyle with the non-stop demands of parenting. So, my mission became clear—to support women’s health using nature’s gifts to nourish and heal the body, promoting movement, building sustainable healthy habits, and creating a balanced mind and body.

The benefits? They’re real, and they’re everywhere in daily life. Eating nutrient-rich food and staying active isn’t just about checking a box. It’s about waking up happier, feeling more energised, and radiating positive vibes.
